Drake Athletics Event Information

COVID-19 Information:  

If you or anyone in your party are symptomatic of or in quarantine from COVID-19, do not attend the game.  Masks must be worn the entire time on the Drake University campus. From the moment you leave a parked car until you return to your parked car, Drake University’s campus policy requires all individuals to wear a proper face covering.  

Please follow all posted directional signage in venue along with staying in your assigned socially distanced seat. If you or a member of your party are diagnosed with COVID-19 within 48 hours of visiting the Knapp Center, please notify Drake Athletics so we may begin contact tracing with those with whom you may have been in contact. Drake Athletics needs full participation in all policies and protocols to keep our events safe for student-athletes, attendees and staff to hopefully increase attendance throughout the season as the pandemic improves. 

 

Doors Open: 1 hour prior to game time

Entrance: Enter at the main Knapp Center entrance near the ticket office (doors directly east of ticket office). Open the AXS app prior to entering the venue so your mobile ticket may be scanned. No re-entry will be allowed.

 

Exit: We ask that you promptly exit the Knapp Center upon the conclusion of the event while keeping proper social distance from other parties. Please avoid waiting in common areas or delaying your departure. Please use all doors that face Forest Avenue for exit and avoid lines when leaving the Knapp Center. 

 

Parking: Available at Drake Lot 1, immediately south of Forest Avenue and 25th Street, and directly east of the Gregory and Suzie Glazer Burt Boys & Girls Club. Parking map below.

 

Pass List:  If you are on the Pass List – Bring Photo ID:  It is required by the NCAA that photo ID is checked of all pass list guests.  Please present photo ID every time you arrive to the pass list window.  Youth may show a school ID.  You must enter the event immediately after showing ID.  This year you will not sign after your ID is verified.

Pass List Fan Conduct:  Please remember you are receiving complimentary ticket from Drake Athletics.  Please keep all fan conduct in accordance to Drake University Policies.  Pass List workers are not allowed to alter the pass list names or add additional.  No guests wearing opposing team apparel will be allowed Drake Pass List tickets.

• Small backpacks/bags/purses no larger                       than (16 X 9 X 8")

• Blankets

• Rain apparel

• Stadium seats (Under 18" wide including armrests)

 

Prohibited Items:

• Alcoholic beverages

• Bottles

• Outside food & beverage

• Camera tripods

• Weapons

• Stadium seats (Over 18" wide including armrests)

• Large bags/backpacks

• Coolers & thermoses

• Strollers

• Umbrellas

• Lawn chairs

• Tents

 

Ticket Pod: We ask that you limit your ticket pod to guests of your immediate family or household. If you are attending with guests not in your household, you will need to be comfortable sitting adjacent to them in your seating pod, as seats outside of seating pods will be banded shut.
